This “Striper” is one big mama! This interpretation features a “quilted” striped pattern on her body, painted in pastel hues of blue, green, and purple - an abstract idea of what her scales look like when sunlight hits them. Long identifiable dark purple stripes run down her body from gills to tail. An accentuated spiked dorsal fin was created with a repurposed bike gear layered beneath aged copper, with a decorative black line of metal tacks running down her centerline. The bright eyes and cheeky smile of this striped bass painting would be a welcome addition to any beach home.
